Chapter 41: Types of Blood-Wit (Kitab Al-Diyat)

Narrated Qatadah: Through the same chain of narrators as mentioned before, i. e. Samurah reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: If anyone castrates his slave, we shall castrate him. He then mentioned the rest of the tradition like that of Sh' ubah and Hammad. Abu Dawud said: Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi transmitted it from Hisham like the tradition of Mu' adh.
